Estos cabezales son cabezales Honda OEM que han sido modificados con válvulas de admisión y escape más grandes. Montamos cabezales con sellos de vitón de baja fricción, resortes dobles y ofrecemos retenedores de titanio opcionales.

Tamaño de válvula de 27/23 mm : solo se ha confirmado que este cabezal funciona con pistones DHM y los pistones TB 186 y Koso 170. Si desea usarlo con un pistón diferente, puede enviar su pistón y podemos modificarlo. Este es el cabezal de válvula más grande que funcionará con el orificio original.

** Cada cabezal incluye un espaciador de bujía necesario cuando utilizamos nuestros cabezales.

El puerto DHM es una reelaboración total de los puertos de admisión y escape. El puerto de carreras tiene como objetivo maximizar la potencia a altas revoluciones. En muchos casos cortaremos las guías de válvulas y elevaremos el puerto de admisión para maximizar la eficiencia. La cámara y las cubiertas también se modificarán. Este es el puerto que utilizamos en todas las bicicletas de carrera. Ha ganado múltiples campeonatos y es la única opción si quieres obtener la mayor potencia posible de tu cabeza Grom de 2v.

Holy crap!!

Im running the 186 kit. The kit pulled awsome lots of tourqe. but i wanted more high end power. So i went with this head matched with a 34mm koso Throttle Body. Oh man this head made a world of differnce in the way the bike rides. It pulls so hard down low and dont stop pulling. 16/32 gearing i cruise 65 easy barely twisiting the throttle . And David was again the best help. Very responsive and helpful on all my questions. No top speed run yet . Still kinda breaking in the 186! 5*s again for DHM.

Big Valve Head

Just installed the big valve head on 2019 monkey with the 2nd gen high compression piston TB Camshaft and Koso 34mm tb. I had the aracer mini 5 with af1. Bike has more grunt and holds at the sweet spots from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th. Worth the extra to get titanium retainers. Bike sounds and feels great!
