I own a 2026 Honda Grom and went with the 149 cc big bore kit from DHM. I paired it with the ported cylinder head and S1 cam shaft from DHM. We also added the Koso 34mm throttlebody, intake, and Yoshimura RS9-T Stainless Full Exhaust. To keep things cool I added a stout oil cooler along with the Kitaco Super Oil Pump. For a little safety a Speed Shop Roller Bearing Tensioner Arm was added getting rid of that OEM plastic wheel that could potentially fail. An upgraded clutch was a must. I installed an ultralight DHM lifter plate, sex machine, six disk race plate disc upgrade- with 80% stiffer clutch springs. The ECU tune David developed is spot on! We double the horsepower, with a great broad linear torque pull to red. The bikes equipped with Ohlins suspension front & rear, plus a Brembo RCS 15 front brake master cylinder to handle the breaking duty. Don't waste your time on an upgraded caliper and rotor without touching your master cylinder,, big mistake! The pull is powerful but progressive, you'll love it! Overall, I'm extremely happy with the DHM's modifications. David was great to talk to. If I needed anything, he was a phone call away.
